Zoho People in, trained-and-verified workforce out.

If Zoho People runs your HR, your training roster should never be typed again. The connector syncs employees, roles and reporting lines into Future Proof, enrolls joiners on day one, and keeps training assignments true through every transfer and exit.

Automatic roster sync · day-one enrollment · per-company config

The joiner-to-training gap, closed

Between HR creating an employee and training reaching them sits the industry’s most reliable failure: the forwarding email, the monthly enrollment batch, the new hire who spent six weeks unassigned — discovered at audit time. Every manual hop is a place the roster and reality diverge.

With the connector, Zoho People events drive training directly: create an employee and the role’s paths are waiting at first login; change a department and the material follows; mark an exit and the licence and assignments close. HR does what it already does — training simply listens.

Mapping that fits your Zoho, not ours

Departments, designations, locations and custom fields map per company — with a review queue for records that don’t match cleanly, so nothing is silently mis-enrolled.

Evidence that mirrors the org chart

Because reporting lines sync too, manager dashboards scope themselves: each lead sees their own team’s retention, coverage and flags — no separate permission project.

Resilient by design

Scheduled syncs reconcile against the full roster, so a missed webhook never becomes a missing employee — drift is measured in hours, not quarters.

Questions buyers ask

What do we need on the Zoho People side?

An API credential with read access to the employee directory, and an hour with whoever owns your Zoho configuration for the mapping session. No changes to your Zoho setup are required.

How fresh is the synced roster?

Event-driven where Zoho provides events, with scheduled reconciliation behind it — in practice the roster is current within the day, and the sync log shows every run.

Can we exclude certain employee types from sync?

Yes — inclusion rules by employment type, department or location are part of per-company configuration, with a visible list of who’s in and who’s out.

Does the connector write anything back to Zoho People?

No. Zoho remains untouched as the system of record; training evidence is available over our API if you want it surfaced in HR tooling.

What happens to a synced employee’s data at exit?

Assignments close and access ends with the employment event; evidence records are retained per your configured retention policy — auditability without licence creep.
