How Future Proof collects, uses, and protects data — with extra protections for children’s data.

Last updated May 2026

This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We design for data minimisation: we collect what the product needs to teach effectively, and nothing for advertising.

What we collect

  • Account information (name, email or phone, role, organisation).
  • Learning activity (responses, confidence ratings, progress) used to power the adaptive engine.
  • Technical data (device, log, and usage data) for security and reliability.

How we use it

  • To diagnose, schedule, teach, and report — the core learning functions.
  • To secure the service and prevent abuse.
  • We do not sell data, show ads, or use learner data to train third-party models.

Children’s data

For education deployments we process children’s data under verifiable parental or institutional consent, aligned with India’s DPDP Act and GDPR provisions for minors. Guardians can view, export, or request deletion at any time.

Data residency & retention

Data is hosted in the region you choose (EU, India, or US) and retained only as long as your organisation’s agreement requires. You can export or delete your data on request.

Your rights

Access, correction, export, and deletion. Contact [email protected] to exercise them.
