Signing up in the app, your photo and face sign-in
What we keep when you create an account yourself, why the app takes a photo of your face, and how face or fingerprint sign-in works (your face and fingerprint never leave your phone).

Learners under 18 and their parents
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree before we make your account. We email them a link; they can withdraw their consent at any time.
Deleting your account and data
In the app, go to Me → Delete my account. We email you a code first; when you confirm, your account, your photo and the learning data the app keeps about you are deleted.

Learner data and AI
What learning data we hold, why, and how our AI uses it. We do not sell data, show ads, or use learner data to train third-party models.
Purchases in the app
Subscriptions and credits in the app are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Payment, cancellation and refunds follow Apple’s or Google’s rules; you manage a subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
