How fast can we go live?
One week. Day 1–3 we import your content and connect your SSO + HRIS. Day 4–8 the AI maps your curriculum and runs the diagnostic. Day 8+ learners are in adaptive sessions.
Does it work with our existing SCORM content?
Yes. SCORM and xAPI import on day one. We don’t replace your content library — we wrap the AI engine around it. You can also generate new questions from your existing PDFs and videos using the AI Question Studio.
Will it integrate with our HRIS?
Workday, BambooHR, ADP, SuccessFactors — direct connectors. For everything else, we use SCIM 2.0 or webhook-based sync. Roles, manager hierarchy, and learner attributes flow in automatically.
How is the AI different from “AI features” on legacy LMSs?
Legacy LMSs added one AI feature (usually recommendation) onto a content delivery platform. Future Proof was built from scratch around the AI engine — the engine is the platform. The result: nine deeply integrated AI capabilities that share the same model of each learner, not nine bolted-on features that don’t know about each other.
What about data privacy and compliance?

Can we run a paid pilot before signing a contract?

How does pricing scale?

Can we use our own AI models or LLM providers?
Yes. Enterprise customers can BYO LLM via their own API keys, including private hosted models. The AI engine is provider-agnostic — we’ll plug it into whatever model your security team has approved.
