Isn’t this just enterprise flashcards?
Flashcards are one retrieval format; the engine uses many — scenarios, applications, interleaved sets — and, more importantly, it owns the scheduling. The deck-plus-willpower model fails at the willpower step; there is no willpower step here.
How much daily time does it really take?
Around ten minutes for a learner maintaining a normal load. The engine trims sessions to what’s actually due — an employee whose material is all fresh gets a shorter session, not filler.
